Do you have a real store where we can drop by and buy your items?
The Sylvan Library Resource and Magic Shop, at the moment, is purely an Online Store. We do not have a physical or local store so we cannot accept walk-in or drop-by orders.
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping depends on the weight and size of the packages. Buyers will shoulder shipping costs unless a promo is given.

Meet-up / Pick-up
For Metro Manila buyers, orders can be picked up from the following meet-up locations:
Gateway Mall, Sm Megamall, Trinoma, Sm North Edsa, Shangri-la Edsa Plaza.
Bank-to-Bank Payments
You can also pay us by depositing your payment to our bank account or using a telegraphic wire transfer to send payments from your bank account to our account. This is a secure and fast method of payment and preferred for orders worth any amount. Our account info is provided during checkout.
Credit Card Payments
We will accept credit card payments thru Xoom. There will be additional transaction charges to be shouldered by the buyer. Complete information and payment instructions will be emailed to the buyer.
How fast will I get my Order?
Orders which are shipped will usually take 24-48 hours to get to its destination. Our courier does not deliver on Sundays so orders sent out on Friday or Saturday will most likely arrive on the next Monday.
Items will only be shipped once the actual payment has been recieved. For check payments, items will only be sent out as soon as the payment has cleared.

Meet-up / Pick-up
Send sms to 0906-2722320 and indicate your name and your order. You will be informed of the price and availability and when you can pick-up your order.
For Metro Manila buyers, orders can be picked up from the following meet-up locations as soon as your order is on hand:
Gateway Mall, Sm Megamall, Trinoma, Sm North Edsa, Shangri-la Edsa Plaza.
Outside Metro Manila (for shipping)
Send us an email to thestorycircle@yahoo.com and indicate the product you wish to purchase. After sending the email, please wait for the order confirmation email that will be sent to your valid email address. Do not make any payments if you have not received the order confirmation email.

Please provide accurate shipping address for delivery of products.
The order confirmation email confirms stock availability and contains your order number, amount you have to pay including shipping/delivery charge. This email also indicates the bank account number you have to deposit your payment into.
.After depositing your payment, send us a copy / scan of the bank deposit slip and we will ship your product immediately after confirming your payment.
.Shipping / delivery of your product usually take 1 day after receiving your payment.
